Settling into Summer as Mrs. Swann!!

Hello all!!

I just wanted to update everyone on how things were going...

Several things have happened recently, including my wedding (I'll post pics when I have them, as of now I don't have any files on the computer, so we're waiting for the photographer), and my struggles with the licensing board...they need a million things if you haven't applied yet, so be prepared and get things together quickly...And the jurisprudence exam is a pain...one question in particular has given me trouble, but Ms. Pinkney is really helpful and patient.

As for the wedding, it went beautifully!! The fact that my underplanning drove everyone in my family insane (causing several panic attacks in my bridesmaids at my "lackadasical attitude" and my non-committment to the planning) everything came together perfectly and beautifully (read I'm sticking my tongue out and rolling my eyes at them mentally) and everyone had a great time. Kara P. can back me up on that one - even as she and the rest of the patrons of the Damon's at the Holiday Inn were shocked that the majority of the bridal party and several others slipped out to do shots in the bar...Poor Kara was corrupted! Proud to say that I kept the Brizillaing to a minimum, with only major blowouts when my Maid of Honor tried to wrest control or plan me into something...

Anyway, my new last name is Swann-which I still haven't fully started signing yet...nearly every signature I've written is Coulb with a line through it and initials and Swann signed anywhere it will fit. Will the marrieds let me know if this EVER gets any easier? Also reassurance for the slide to the bottom of the alphabet would be nice...NATAN, you have no idea how lucky you are!
